Ensuite rooms: 20 rooms available at £77pppw (45 week tenancy)/ 20 rooms available at £79ppw/ 160 rooms available at £83.50pppw (45 week tenancy)

Studios: 14 large studios available at £110pw / 3 studios available at £105pw. All studios are a 50 week tenancy. Dishwashers are only in studio flats. Off-street parking is available for a fee.

Each room has its own en-suite shower room, equipped with a sleek white suite. As you’d expect from a contemporary complex, all rooms at Haria House have broadband and there are Sky TV points in all rooms.

Modern kitchens feature all modern conveniences, including fridge-freezer and microwave, with plenty of worktop and cupboard space. The integral dining and lounge area has plenty of space to relax in with your friends, and includes a spacious breakfast bar, five leather sofas and a wall-mounted 26” flat-screen TV.

In addition, Haria House also benefits from disabled access, several disabled rooms, internal lifts and on-site laundry room.

As well as providing attractive surroundings for our students, Suvarna students ensures the very highest standards of security so residents feel as safe and relaxed as possible. As such, Haria House is equipped with 24-hour CCTV and electronic fob entry to all main external entrances and individual flats and studios. The entire complex is enclosed by security fencing and gates.

Internet access is included in the booking fee. Dishwashers are ONLY fitted in the studio apartments. Only Studio Apartments are suitable for couples. Rooms are available on short term lets subject to availability.
